A Romanian security company that engineers systems rather than resells boxes.
RISC — ROMANIAN INTELIGENCE & SECURITY CORP S.R.L. — designs, installs, monitors and maintains commercial security systems across Romania. We work under Law 333/2003 and to the GDPR obligations that come with every camera we point at a person.
We are deliberately vendor-neutral. We hold certifications across the platforms we install and we have no obligation to any one of them, which means the design that lands on your desk is the one that answers your risk rather than the one that clears our warehouse.
Most of our work is with organisations that already have a system and are unhappy with it. The pattern is almost always the same: it was sold rather than surveyed, and nobody has touched it since handover. We take those over regularly, and we start by writing down honestly what we found.
How we work
Survey before quote
Nobody prices a system they have not walked. If we quote without visiting, you should not believe the number.
One price, no discovery
Everything the system needs is in the quote. There is no second invoice for the parts we should have spotted.
Your system, your credentials
Licences, accounts and passwords are registered in your name. You can replace us without replacing the system.
Measured, not claimed
Response times and uptime are reported monthly, including the months we missed the target.
